Shipping on OREYA follows a simple and natural flow. Once an order is placed, the platform opens the door for the process to begin — but the actual journey is managed by the Vendor. They prepare, handle, and deliver your order from start to finish.
OREYA provides the interface and tools, but the Vendor is responsible for fulfillment. If the Vendor initiates the process, delivery moves forward; if they pause it, the process pauses as well. It’s a clear, step-by-step flow where every stage depends on the previous one — and the Vendor is always in the lead.
Exchanges and returns on OREYA follow a clear and simple process. Subscription plans are final and non-refundable, but anything purchased from a Vendor — including products, services, or reservations — is governed by the Vendor’s own policies.
It works much like visiting a mall: OREYA provides the space, but the terms for exchanges or refunds are determined by the maker or service provider. So, before placing an order, it’s a good idea to review the Vendor’s exchange and refund policies — because once their terms apply, the experience proceeds according to their guidelines.
When it comes to payments, OREYA prioritizes trust and safety above all else. Instead of handling sensitive information directly, the platform connects you to a secure, third-party payment provider that follows strict and reliable protection standards.
Your details move only through trusted, encrypted channels — meaning if a purchase goes through, it happens safely; if it doesn’t, nothing is compromised. Every step of the payment process is intentionally designed to be simple, predictable, and secure.
Warranties on OREYA follow the same clear division of responsibility that defines the marketplace. Subscription plans offered by OREYA do not include any warranty, as their value lies in ongoing access and features rather than physical performance.
For anything purchased from a Vendor, the warranty terms are set entirely by the Vendor. If a Vendor offers a warranty, it applies; if not, then no warranty is provided. Everything aligns with its source — OREYA manages the platform, and Vendors handle the products or services they create.
Tracking an order on OREYA is a smooth and predictable experience. After you place an order, you’ll receive an email with a “View your order” button — your direct window to every update. If you prefer, you can also sign in to your OREYA account and check the “Orders” section for the same details. The only exception is guest checkouts: if you placed an order without signing in, it will not appear in your account history. In all other cases, your order’s progress remains easy to follow, exactly where you need it.
