How do I cancel or edit an order?

You cannot cancel a paid subscription plan. Moreover, since we are a marketplace to facilitate the sale of products, services, or reservations we do not handle cancellations. Each Vendor is required to post their own refund policy and they are responsible for handling order refunds or cancellations. However, we understand that mistakes happen and if you need to edit your information, such as the delivery address or contact number, please contact our customer service by visiting the contact page: Contact – OREYA as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes to orders because the orders may have been processed once received.
