You cannot cancel a paid subscription plan. Moreover, since we are a marketplace to facilitate the sale of products, services, or reservations we do not handle cancellations. Each Vendor is required to post their own refund policy and they are responsible for handling order refunds or cancellations. However, we understand that mistakes happen and if you need to edit your information, such as the delivery address or contact number, please contact our customer service by visiting the contact page: Contact – OREYA as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes to orders because the orders may have been processed once received.

If part of your order is missing, please check the shipping confirmation email to see if the items were sent separately. If all items should have arrived together or if you have concerns, please reach out to us via our contact page Contact – OREYA with your order number and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

If you are a signed-in customer, you can visit the Orders page, select your order, and click ‘Request Return’ in the top-right corner. Alternatively, you can check your email and click on ‘View Your Order’.

Exchanges are subject to Vendor’s decision that is providing you with their products, services, or items. Kindly refer to their Exchanges and Refundssection.

We act as a facilitator that allows vendors to manage their returns or exchanges. However, the processing time depends on the vendor, as we are not responsible for handling returns directly.

Although we provide vendors with the option to facilitate shipping, it is the vendor’s responsibility to choose their delivery partner and manage their shipping process.

We do not offer any expedited shipping at the moment. However, we plan on adding that feature on our roadmap.

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, you can contact our support team to update your shipping address. Once the order is shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
