These Community Guidelines (“Guidelines”) form an integral part of the OREYA Customer Terms of Service and define the moral, ethical, and behavioral standards expected from all users (“Customers” or “Users”) of the OREYA matchmaking and marketplace platform (“Platform”).

OREYA is operated by Oudience LLC, incorporated under the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and guided by Islamic Sharia principles of modesty, honesty, and mutual respect. These Guidelines apply to all forms of engagement on the Platform, including user profiles, chats, photos, reviews, posts, reservations, and any related communication.

By using the Platform, you agree to uphold these Guidelines as a condition of continued access. Failure to comply may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent termination, in accordance with UAE law and OREYA’s internal enforcement policy.

1) Code of Conduct

Oudience LLC is committed to fostering a community rooted in respect, authenticity, and empathy. All Customers must:

·      Honesty: All representations must be truthful (online or offline).

·      Modesty: Interactions must uphold dignity and decorum.

·      Trust:Private information shared in confidence must be respected.

·      Justice: Fairness and non-exploitation are mandatory.

·      Compassion: Empathy and understanding are encouraged in all dealings.

·      Act with Integrity:Provide truthful information in profiles, bios, and communications. Do not impersonate another individual or misrepresent your intent.

·      Respect moral boundaries:Engage in conversations and interactions that align with principles of modesty, decency, and lawful conduct.

·      Value consent:Never coerce, pressure, or manipulate another User into unwanted conversation, sharing of personal data, or meeting.

·      Exercise caution:Report suspicious, fraudulent, or unethical behavior immediately. Please review the contact section of this document on how to contact us.

·      Be accountable:You are responsible for your own words, uploaded and/or sent content, and behavior both online and offline when your actions relate to OREYA.

Oudience LLC reserves the right to evaluate all reported content and behavior for compliance with these Guidelines, taking appropriate action as required by law or morality.

2) Respectful Communication

Interactions on OREYA should reflect the values of courtesy, understanding, and sincerity. The following are strictly prohibited:

·      Harassment or bullying: Any form including but not limited to insults, intimidation, and/or emotional abuse.

·      Hate speech or discrimination: Based on religion, nationality, ethnicity, and/or personal beliefs.

·      Offensive language: Vulgar, profane, or sexually implicit.

·      Manipulative conduct: Including emotional exploitation, scams, deceit, and/or fake affection for personal gain.

·      Unsolicited content: Such as repeated messages after rejection, and/or pressuring Users for personal information or photographs.

Respectful dialogue builds meaningful relationships and fosters an uplifting community aligned with OREYA’s mission.

3) Prohibition of Indecent, Offensive or Haram Content

In accordance with UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combating Rumors and Cybercrime, UAE Penal Code, and Sharia moral obligations, Users are strictly prohibited from posting, transmitting, or storing any material that is:

·      Pornographic, obscene, or indecent, including nudity, suggestive images, or sexualized content;

·      Disrespectful to religion, including content that mocks or offends Islamic beliefs or the beliefs of others;

·      Promoting haram activities, such as gambling, alcohol abuse, substance use, or adultery;

·      Violent, threatening, or promoting harm to self or others;

·      Malicious or technically harmful, including code, scripts, or files that could compromise system integrity;

·      Fraudulent or deceptive, including fake identities, impersonations, or misrepresentations of marital status;

·      Defamatory or invasive of privacy, targeting any person, vendor, or establishment.

Any violation of this section constitutes a material breach and may lead to immediate account suspension, referral to law enforcement, or permanent expulsion from the Platform.

4) Reporting Abuse or Violations

Oudience LLC provides in-app tools and dedicated channels for reporting misconduct, abuse, or technical misuse. Users are encouraged to:

·      Report inappropriate profiles, photos, or messages directly from within the Platform;

·      Notify the moderation team as mentioned in the contact section of this document, in cases involving scams, impersonation, or threats; and

·      Provide factual evidence where possible to assist with investigations.

All reports are reviewed impartially. Oudience LLC may cooperate with UAE authorities where behavior breaches national law or Sharia moral codes.

False or malicious reporting intended to harm another User may itself be treated as misconduct under these Guidelines.

5) Enforcement & Penalties

Oudience LLC maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward abuse or moral misconduct. Enforcement actions may include, depending on severity:

·      Warning or content removal, with or without notice;

·      Temporary suspension of certain features or full account access;

·      Permanent account termination, with forfeiture of any remaining subscription value;

·      Referral to competent UAE authorities, where legally required.

Oudience LLC retains full discretion in interpreting the intent, severity, and impact of each violation. Decisions are final and made in accordance with UAE civil law and Sharia’s principles of fairness, justice, and public decency.

6) Responsibility for Offline Behavior

While OREYA facilitates online introductions, Users remain solely responsible for their offline interactions and meetings. Oudience LLC cannot monitor or guarantee Users’ conduct beyond the Platform.You are strongly advised to:

·      Meet in public locations for initial interactions;

·      Inform a trusted person of your whereabouts;

·      Avoid sharing financial details or personal addresses;

·      Refrain from any physical or verbal conduct that may be unlawful or haram.

Any reported incidents of harassment, assault, or illegal activity connected to OREYA meetings may be referred to local authorities.

7) Compliance with UAE Cybercrime Law

All activities on the Platform fall under UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 34 of 2021 on Combating Rumors and Cybercrime, which prohibits:

·      Publishing or sharing indecent or immoral content online;

·      Using electronic systems to insult, defame, or threaten others;

·      Distributing false or misleading information;

·      Intruding into digital systems, stealing data, or violating privacy.

Users found in violation may face civil and criminal penalties, including imprisonment and fines as prescribed under UAE law. Oudience LLC will cooperate with law enforcement authorities where necessary to ensure legal compliance and community safety.

8) Entire Agreement

This Agreement, together with the Customer Terms of Service, the Customer Privacy & Data Protection Policy, and any accompanying documents referenced herein “Customer Policies”, constitutes the entire agreement between the Customer and Oudience LLC concerning the use of the Platform. It supersedes all prior oral or written understandings on the same subject.

9) Governing Law & Language

·      Governing Law & Jurisdiction:This policy and any non-contractual obligations arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah, with reference to the principles of Islamic Sharia concerning morality, fairness, and public order. The courts of Sharjah shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

·      Language & Prevailing Version:This policy is drafted in English. Any translation is provided for convenience. In the event of inconsistency or ambiguity, the English version prevails, provided that any Arabic translation required for UAE court submission shall faithfully reflect the English version.

·      Entire Agreement & Updates:This policy, together with the incorporated Customer Policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Oudience LLC regarding use of the Platform. We may update these policies or any Customer Policy by posting a revised version with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use after posting constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
